Psychological Therapy

Evidence-based psychological therapy provides a structured and confidential space to explore patterns in thinking, emotions, behaviour, and relationships, and develop more adaptive ways to improve wellbeing.

When Therapy May Be Helpful

For anyone experiencing difficulties with:

  • Difficulties related to autism or neurodivergence
  • Challenges associated with a diagnosed mental health condition
  • Anxiety, stress, or persistently feeling overwhelmed
  • Low mood or depression
  • The impact of past or recent trauma
  • Ongoing interpersonal or relationship difficulties
  • Patterns in thinking, behaviour, or emotions that feel hard to change
  • Periods of transition, uncertainty, or increased pressure

You do not need a formal diagnosis to access therapy.

Therapy is tailored to meet your specific needs and draws on a range of evidence-based approaches, including:

Schema-informed work

Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)-informed skills

Building skills in emotional regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and interpersonal effectiveness

Interpersonal approaches (IPT-informed)
